The A.R.F. Shack is a 501(c)(3) non-profit agency saving animals.  It is through the support of the local community that The A.R.F. Shack is able to both exist and continue to provide its services in an area of such great need.  Of course, the support of the community is an on-going necessity, both through adoptions and donations.  Whether through a monetary Paypal donation, a sponsorship of one of our animals in need of medical assistance and/or even gift cards for various products and services.  Gas is, of course, used in the transport of each and every animal (pick ups, intakes, vet appointments and adoption meet/greets).  Locally, Pet Supermarket and Petco are the only two local merchants that carry the Natural Balance brand of dog food utilized by the rescue with each of their in house guests. 

In addition to financial donations there are always donations of your time which are greatly appreciated.  The A.R.F. Shack is very fortunate to have individuals donate their time through both our volunteer program and/or our foster program.  There are often times different events and/or needs required by the rescue (whether helping out at an adoption event and/or circulating flyers for upcoming events and/or our search for foster families).  Additionally, some of our best ideas of helpful hints, come from our volunteers themselves.  The A.R.F. Shack would love to hear from you.
